    Gradual at best . If you really expect some kind of property " crash " think again . You may get some sort of correction in WA , BUT thats about it . Certainly in Melbourne Demand will outstrip supply for some time to come .

    Like the wise f*%kwits who think they can time a " principle residence " purchase to pick top and bottoms . Beyond Crazy , unless you view home ownership as worthless .

    Vic property extremely strong , will remain so . 7500 points , well ..we will keep watching . Of course those wonderful shorters of RIO and BHP ..will have time things perfectly ..LOL .. Hard to find more bulls&it if you went looking !
