bogby, If you are not sure, check out the ann of scope study/PFS from BMN, EXT and ARU.
Market response very positively with BMN and EXT. Both of them are with 20% from its all time high. but Market has response very negatively towards ARU because it is over optimistic about the commodities price, which might turn out to be true instead of underestimate the capex to make the scope study more desirable. (Some analysts suggests that both BMN and EXT hasve underestimated the capex. With EXT, the scope study is based on resource target not JORC resources, can you believe it! Talking about how to skin a cat without a cat in hand)
The financial consideration is one of the vital part of the scope study. I have talked to Stuart Hall about the it, he has given me a shocking answer: The cost and profit estimation does not mean anything at scope study, they don't want to mislead market.
What make MTN so special from BMN, EXT and ARU? The only possibility is the profitability is very marginal when the spot uranium price is at US$75.
Well, having said that, anything could happen in this industry. Don't count out MTN yet. As you said, it is one of the largest undeveloped uranium deposits in the world. A 100mlb+ resources is very possible.
