While so many people will criticise you for your message I must say that I like your message very much.
Agree that there seems to be no support for private business/companies to get setup in Somalia.
My position is that there are so many parties interested in getting a piece of the action, a piece of the resources and they are pushing the politicians to fight and while they are being divided, then opportunities are taken from the other angles to be able to take part in the action.... I hope it does not happen this way, bu if it does, we will see that other big players will come in soon if Range and African Oil do not start drilling in Puntland ASAP.
To me the only way for Range to succeed in the current environment is to start drilling activities right away and also publish to rest of the world daily progress reports, so all parties are in the known that is Range the one doing the job and the one with legal contracts, so other interested parties trying to manoeuvre the little stability between the political parties and decision makers stop the intrigue.
