Yesterday, Ukraine published the official election results meaning that the elections are officially over.
The quarterly stated that once the elections were over, then the feasibility work should commence. The quarterly didnt say that Ukraine had to form a government first in order for the feasibility to commence.
So my understanding (after reading the quarterly a dozen or so times) is that Uran could very well be implementing the feasibility any day now.
