No Spongee I think you should have. I am excited about CVI. If you have been reading the threads here over the last few days there has been much discussion about RISK. My take is that if you expect to get a gazillion % rise in a stock you must be prepared to take on risk. That's all part of spec stock investing.

If the CEO has had a previous history with the company I think it very diligent of you to be exploring that history with an open mind. One should know as much about one's investments as possible.

I am fairly up to speed on curent projects but I am a bit fuzzy on Smyth's past history myself. I have been run off my feet the last few weeks. My kids turned 21 and 18 a few weeks apart and both wanted big milestone parties. I have not had the time to be researching these little facts as I would like to. Back to work as from today. I have just been reading some back threads here and it would appear Mr Smyth in his former life as CEO had some issues with self interested large shareholders. The inference, as I read it, seem to be he left as a matter of integrity. I will scratch the surface a little more and see what I can find out.
