I'm in Brisbane too, and I must admit that i would LOVE to have daylight saving. But on the other hand, I do find that the ASX trading hours are more convenient for me personally now that they run from 9am-3pm Brisbane time, instead of 10-4.
Funny how the rest of the world manages to cope with daylight saving, but outback Queensland just doesn't get the idea that there is no more sunshine during a 24-hour period with DST than without it. Methinks the Queensland cows are neurotic.
