It did appear, but not with detail, in the activities report and at the time of the report CGM was still waiting on a response from Dan. Randal claimed he had no responses from DNI after the 5th Oct. hence Dan's non-reply.
One thing about this situation is that we all want the same end result, success, we just want it to happen in different ways. As far as the truth of Randal's statements and whether I know them to be fact, he would have documentation to support every one of them, so it's now up to Dan or the DNI Board to respond to the serious claims that have been made. If Dan is on Proven and Probable he would be foolish to make any comment on JV considering the letter of Default is still in place for a couple more days. DNI are now in 'damage control mode' and it will be interesting to see how Dan and/or the Board respond to the claims. Cheers, E
