115m traded so far today at less than half yesterday's price. Unsure of real deposit quality, but acquisition is closer to reverse takeover by Henconner, as it gains effective control, advance payments and royalty streams. No mention in annual report or AGM of such sell-out of existing SH. Most other companies issue options to raise funds for such "acquisitions" not give half the shares and destroy SP in the process.
