"Yes, buying today and tomorrow and holding until at least wednesday gives you the entitlement."

I do not see any difference.

Buying today and tomorrow=buying today or tuesday.
Holding until at least wednesday means you can sell on wednesday and still get the entitlement. One can of course hold for more time if one wishes too but one has hold from tuesday to wednesday.
