This deal definitely removes any uncertainty regarding rights to tenure, and is certainly what any prospective off-take partner would require prior to any contractual agreements being seriously considered.
The thing that I am waiting for is the completion of the Co & Ni Sulphate samples from the trial plant.
Then of course delivery to "the prospective off-take partners", can't come soon enough for me.
I personally won't be getting too carried away with anything, however, until we get news that contracts have been signed with said off-take partners. That in itself will be the company maker for AUZ, but then we will wait for the funding and building of a laterite HPAL processing plant (2 year build - after funding).
A lot of water to go under the bridge, then there are Flemington and Thackaringa........
Am not a ramper, these are the facts as I understand them, but in the meantime I'm happy to be here and definitely cheering for AUZ.
