Andy, I beleive that risk has almost gone. A2M are very careful how they promote their products. They have a lot of clinical evidence to back up their claims. If they didn't, any other company can come after them. The counter sue was a bluff by Lion before the Chinese clinical study results were published. Bluff was called and they effectively have lost.
