I'll be interested to see on what basis the Directors seek to justify issuing 62,500,000 shares at an issue price of $0.004 to "Henconner Pty Ltd (or its nominee), in consideration of the Acquisition." I refer to this further in my post above - #29437016
Surely the current Directors must/should have been aware of the asset so why issue someone with 62.5 million shares, on the cheap, in addition to paying the Vendor?
