That's what I'd love to know. They've raised a specific amount of funds through CR for marketing and so there must be a budget that sets out the allocations for various forms of advertising. Why can't shareholders know this? Where is the flood of downloads from Constable Care's 460,000 database? That advertising should surely already be out there....and if it is, why are we still under, possibly well under, 5,000 downloads?
