Dude, options contain time value which is currently 2.5 years plus any price value that may exist above the strike price. If you convert now what you are doing is paying 3.25 cents for the stock and you gave away the right to sell your oppies at 1.7 cents. If this stock goes gang busters above 3.25 cents the oppies will explode in value because they'll be in the money. Hold the oppies, you've got nearly 2 years before the oppies begin to really decay in value and if this stock is above 50cents by then the oppies will be worth well over 45.
