Really Attitudes, this is an overreaction to my post. Glyn has already announced his retirement as chairman and I'm very happy for him to continue as a member of the board once a new chairman is found. Indeed, I think his institutional knowledge makes this essential. I fully support his continued position as a board member. I'm just highlighting the obvious - we need an injection of international commercial acumen which is presently lacking. This means a new chairmen and one or two more board appointments. That means an expansion of the board - not removal of board members. Please don't make my original post out to be something it is not.
