I’m with you Hustler - I personally think (not facts, just gut feel) there is more to the delay in SNE numbers and deals are being discussed based on volumes. Once the report is released it will absolutely impact the JV and what others could expect in a sale of the asset (re: BP offer for the CNE stake).
The tell tale sign for me was releasing the report / volume estimates for The Gambia, but not for SNE where the field is a lot more defined. One could guess the numbers were ready at the same time.
Something’s a foot ... and hopefully a nice surprise in the next month or two, perhaps longer. In this case the longer the delay the tighter the commercials / estimates.
