Yes I prefer to believe it is a raising ahead of major contract announcements (I’ve always said eg they would need more capital to get the military contracts even though they are a supplier to suppliers) rather than to buy back existing shares of the departed and soon to be departed, or for marketing expenditures. As the MD believes the share price is materially below true value and going in the wrong direction these past few months, it seems strange to do an equity raising (assuming it is that) at this time unless there is a very good reason.
