    No real idea for the change of ownership just speculating. I agree with your understanding of shares in escrow. However it does look like the escrowed shares have been "transferred" though :

    "Change in holding registration details from a direct holding in the name of Yacov Geva to an indirect holding in the name of Bank Julius Baer & Co Ltd"

    I assume this would have needed Board approval and of course Yacov Geva is in effect the Board.
