By reading the info seen on here, it almost reads as though Konig was doing his best to ensure Volkov got the full cost amount applied for (self representing, gaping holes in the case, holding onto the cost documents, withholding info etc) but Lanskey and Clark stepped in to negotiate a lower settlement.

Konig could have done that 6 months ago and saved the company $100k.
