I am sorry to be negative on this - but, the evidence is crystal clear here -

we have been promised no CR unless there is a major contract --- end of story -

now - if there is no major contract --- AND a portion (my guess is a sizable portion) is going to 'other uses' -- (let alone an inventory build 'in case' we get contracts).

then - again - sorry ----------- that's promises lying scattered on the road like broken glass


'if' that is correct - then, basically - we have been fed BS --- again.


just can't get around that one - many would call it absolute lying.


gees -- it's not like the AGM was in the last century ------ it was only weeks ago --


promises seem to have a very quick use by these days.
