when the Graphenera deal was done, and the funds handed over to the other party, those funds went to places other than the J/V bank account? I recall there were posts questioning the relationships? Might we be seeing that again now with this claim abandoned, then poor case mgt, abandonment of representation/court appearances etc, and now the questions being raised re the payment and level of costs??
exactly what is going on??
