Maybe the word "strategic" means something. I'd suggest that the PR is aimed where it will make a difference. Product PR not is not necessarily aimed AT shareholders but FOR shareholders.
I'm happy with the way the PR is performing. If it gets orders at a premium price and long term contracts it will be doing the job and the shareholders will be getting a benefit. It appears to be doing just that.
