I'm happy with the growth plans and agree with their strategy to reject the buy back of shares at this point in the co's growth phase. However, any acquisition has to be very carefully weighed up and scrutinised by shareholders to ensure that this co. doesn't become a roll-up or as a cover for deteriorating financial performance.
