Phillip Lasker excelled himself tonight on abc news! Those terrible resource companies who paid little tax in 14/15. He did mention low commodity prices, but then went on to talk about tax dodging and other sleazy operations!
There is no doubt there are some issues to examine with depreciation on big projects, but also issues like transfer pricing and the like.. one would hope for better from a senior business and finance correspondent. Perhaps he takes advice from the Greens!
