Your "GOOD" price predictions are actually very possible.

Currently, very few will agree.. but as soon as we finally see the long awaited, well overdue big bastard contract, suddenly there will be many posters preaching the same (Holla style)!

Your 3.9 late Jan estimate though..
I would expect that easily, on the first significant deal.. and I've been expecting that for weeks now.
Still hopeful of tomorrow, but if not, damn it would have to be next week if there really are 4-5 on the verge this year - as disco stated from the AGM.

If things do happen, and get rolling now/next week and up to Xmas... well, I'd like to see it past 5.7, a price that it's spiked up and down to several times since 2 years ago.

Big revenue (and manipulators/accumulators) is ALL that's holding Nor back.. and it could do anything once it is finally realised, with multiple big logo customer 7 figure deals.
