So the plot thickens. This feels a bit like game of thrones. Apparently everything was going really well with the Imed sale, but part of the selling blurb was suggesting that IDX would make a really good bolt on acquisition. Rothschild was advising on the IMed sale and of course involved with the CAJ bid. According to AFR the IDX bid landed like a rocket and Rothschild was sacked and now the sale isn’t going ahead.
What happens next? Capitols bid collapses? Someone launches a bid for Idx, Caj, both?
