That is on top of other potential issues. For example, why did one CTO leave so shortly after listing? Why did the other (or CIO - same thing) leave a week before the Amazon / Yum announcements particularly given she had equity interest?
I'm personally comfortable with this once I assess which high end tech execs they bring on board. If it is better execs that have US market experience, that is getting stronger, not weaker. The CIO/CTO had zero US market experience and if this company is going to achieve the lofty goals and potential, it will be in the US market.
