Hmm like I have said before I hate the speculation that amounts with the unknown.
Now maybe people here are right maybe this is just like old ways etc but heck how does anyone know what it is until proven (and if people know for a fact otherwise then this is a whole other can of worms that needs addressing IMO).

What I do know is this see snippet below, it was CFO and Dirk in investor meetings recently, Dirk is now on the board as well as being CEO, comments from AGM etc talk about not raising unless really big contracts.
Also IMO money being spent at Alexium should be under control of CFO.  Seeing they have been trimming what they can to get costs down (reference last 4cs) I cant see them wanting to raise cash just to spend it on whatever and whoever wants it. This scenario just doesnt fit in with how the company has been going with financials of late IMO. So for me based on what is actually known I cant see a big raise ($15 to me is a big raise if it was just for wages or tiding things over then a smaller raise would of sufficed IMO) being based on "Fluff". but hey I could be wrong this is just my speculative opinion

I truly wish the best for all holders and sincerly hope this is based on the Military. It was mentioned they were going to hopefully update on Military soon so we await, its going to be an awfully long weekend IMO
