According to AFR article posted on this thread SPP is for 3 million.
So maybe $600 dollars each. Why bother???
Well not everybody will apply but I do agree, the SPP is just a clayton's offer so that they can say they've offered stock to shareholders as well, it's a common tactic used. The bulk of the funding will be catered for by private placement. One has to think for them to specify such a large amount that there were already interested parties. What makes them interested? Inside information imo. This is the only way such a large and small discounted offer would succeed. The more I think about it the more I think there is something big happening that might not play out straight away but quite soon.
Will AJX allow oversubscriptions of the 3 million?

Yes they may allow it but I have my doubts they will since the big guns are already being catered for by the sophi offering.
