    Good move.
    What I've never liked is the freebies given to Management at the IPO. 'Lets look after ourselves' mentality and maybe indicative of things to come:
    $800K cash bonus & 9M free shares to MD/CEO
    1M & 0.5M free shares given to General Managers.
