It’s pretty simple really Peliatan it’s all about timing and timeframes, the BoD would like to work with and the reality of what actually happens with the timeframes of the other side of the contracts. It shouldn’t but it can take a lot longer to get funding than it should. (But I’ve tried to tell you this before).
But you realise Trevor come back with a term sheet from the Middle East and he’d had other offers he could have accepted that diluted your shares. This deal doesn’t dilute but there is a high interest rate of 15% but if it’s as profitable (1.5 year payback) it’s a small cost to save a massive dilution. It would be good if you recognised that TM could have taken a quicker easier path but chose to hold out despite shareholders constantly barraging him with requests for announcements now!!!
And that is why whoever suggested you and a few other posters on here should run the company was probably the silliest comment I’ve ever seen on HC.
