COB is unlike any other cobalt miner, it' aa pure play. They're not worried about any by products that usually require higher cost. The fact you say it's not going to be economical shows that further research is required on your part. (not trying to be rude about it) but there is 0% chance the SP would be where it's at if it wasn't cost effective. The infrastructure that's there already is fantastic, and will required almost no capex (comparatively)
If it doesn't suit you, that's all g. But don't spout off if what you're saying has been disproven previously
