Ann: Volt Secures $4.7M Option Underwriting Agreement, page-51

I am hearing you Sunset...and yes agree '...any contract has a get out clause...' howrever, with 'any coloured glasses on, ' the contract clearly states the underwriters can bail if sp drops below 2c....my point being ...if sp falls below 2c the underwriter has the right to withdraw from the deal...and, sound economics would surely have oppie holders considering buying heads rather than convert....hence, my point that BoD's need to keep some legs under this stock till end December...today is the first Ann of 'some substance' but by no means a 100% guarantee oppies are covered yet imo.... the market has 'warmed' to this Ann today which is great...pity it didn't come out before that last innocuous Ann, sp may be over 3c now with that build up ....let's hope BoD's can follow this up with more news in the next few weeks...
