How much you're expecting to go down further? I'm looking to buy either ARL or CLQ but confused which one to choose! ARL has bigger cobalt resources but CLQ has technology as well which can generate good earnings itself! I think ARL will annouce feasibility study in Jan 2018 then DFS in 2019, contruction in 2020 and finally production will start in 2021! Correct me please if I'm wrong?
