Pinto - I respect your views. You seem to be implying that you have seen the term sheet. I have not been able to locate the broker handling it but must also admit I have not gone out of my way to find them as I am concerned that I may well be in the boat as all other "mugs" on this one... I won't take any more until my trust is restored - so in good conscience, I am loathe to ask for the term sheet.

If you have had access to the term sheets - they are in fact confidential and as I get them occasionally you are required not to forward them or have to agree not to disclose them. However, as I understand it you can at least hint...

Personally - I won't invest in companies with certain directors - Had I looked at AJX today it would fall into the camp of a company I would not invest in. Read between the lines - D13 would also be in that camp...

However, you could at least give us all a hint about how big and how big a discount ...

Right now it's useless for us to try to engage with you as you seem to have more info then we do.

Personally, I am extremely concerned about what is happening here and I cannot believe this trading halt... I think that if it's just another raising the ASX / ASIC needs to be engaged in this - I cannot believe it is as the new directors must be uncomfortable after what was said and recorded at the AGM.
