You have to wonder how Petra convinced it's clients to raise $12m and in fact probably more than $12m if it was oversubscribed - what was Petra telling them? - the only thing they could possibly say aside from the term sheet is what has been reiterated all the time and again only 3 weeks ago at the AGM that the company would only need further capital for large orders or Department of Defence orders.
Lets hope that this is the case
