What's the rush to raise? The SP is basically at its low right now ...Oposura will grow in value when a JORC is announced [a high grade, low cost mine with a strong zinc /lead price.... might attract debt financing], Teck will be finished drilling by the end of the year so results in January/Feb ... the value to AZS of Alacran is currently $50M [if Teck stays], but very likely the value will improve. Plenty of cash in the mean time. A listing on the TSX first... imo. The only reason anyone would want to raise at this price is somebody hoping to get a cheap placement for themselves....
