I am surprised that with all you have at stake in this you are not fully up to speed on the agreement between CMR and HNC. The agreement provides that all payment made as contributions to the oxides are to be treated as loans should the deal not complete. Read it! Read CMR's announcements!
The cashed up CMR you see, is a hope and not yet a reality!
We have been spending borrowed funds on the oxide project. The loans will only disappear once we give 50% to the Chinese! That actually hasnt happened yet.
The Chinese have them by the b*lls.
