The BoD cannot comment on legal matters because that is considered "influence" on the Court. The Court determines the outcome NOT the litigants, to prove its effectiveness in justice & fairness, to it's citizens.
Secondly the B0D are not going to let the Other side know what their intention is, until it is appropriate. Anyone who argues that the Public should know are simple minded.
Do we know anyone that can provide a link to the application on DGEG. I have tried but the website will not translate for me.
There is a VERY important point about Court proof which you all seem to be missing, and I will not dwell upon at this stage.
