"The latest Appendix 3B and Quarterly report state that there are 17,598,000 unlisted options on issue.
However yesterday's prospectus states that there are 40,000,000 unlisted options.

Why ?"


Today's Appendix 3B clarified the unlisted options issue.
It now shows 40,000,000.
However, the 3B only sought to list the 57,000,000 'loyalty options' and not the unlisted options.
This is in sharp contrast with the following extract from the prospectus :

1.13 Unquoted Options
As at 29 October 2007, the Company had 40,598,000 Unquoted Options on issue. These Unquoted Options have an expiry date of 30 November 2009.
Unquoted Options do not carry Entitlements to participate in the Entitlements Offer. Holders of Unquoted Options will need to exercise their Unquoted Options so that the underlying Shares are issued before the Record Date in order to participate in the Entitlements Offer.
The Company intends to apply to ASX for quotation of the Unquoted Options at the same time it applies for quotation of the Listed Options.
