when you speculate you open yourself to looking foolish
or ramping.(re; my first specs on cap/rais)
if you look at it logically imho
it cant be about s/america
it cant be about oil prospects etc in s africa
what other knowns are there that it could be to do with ?
Further farm outs in west africa...possible
Barakaminerals ....maybe... some sort of partnership
Cap/rais....not likely (more likely n/amer)

What else i dont know, my shakey guess if i have to make one would be to do with farmout ,unless someone
can come up with something i've overlooked.
