Main difference between GSW and 1PG is at the core of the product and strategy. The addressable market for 1PG's product was minuscule IMO. There just isn't the level of demand for that. In the last mile logistics space, the addressable market is massive and global. Even for the established logistics players, many of them do not have fully matured capabilities in that space.
