    Hey guys, I find this part of the DNI release interesting 'The defaults of Cougar which were not remedied are not subject to arbitration under the Option Agreement.' Do they believe this the end of it? With all the disturbing claims against Dan and the company it clearly isn't, but I'm surprised this is all they have responded with to date.
