Identified and raised by who? You see people are generally feeble of mind and easily led especially when their underwater with their investment or feel slighted in any way. It's not hard to sow the seeds of outrage in one persons mind and then watch it spread like wild fire from one person to the next as you convince them of how badly they've been treated and how unjust everything is. It's interesting to see how quickly people jump on board.
