To understand Kogan's business strategy going forward, everyone should check out AYS and what they are trying to do.
Through its cross-sell ambition (Mobile, Broadband, Phones, Energy) its really a competitor to Kogan. Kogan is just getting started with all this (and has Insurance and I believe Energy soon).
Look at the EBITDA for AYS in FY17 - $43M! Lots of opportunities for growth for Kogan (outside of Retail).
