i think with that resource in the ground HLX are a potential takeover target and Poli knew this and that is why he bought a big chunk.
Perhaps AQA is about to launch a takeover, makes sense because they would buy as many as they could on the cheap, which they appear to be doing and that would average down thier eventual price.
