The released announcement on Friday evening is clear, they were informed on the 6th, no ifs no buts and trying to defend them for breaching listing rules is quite amusing. I am also interested that you are hoping that with no announcements it just goes away......... ummm, it may but I also hope that anyone else that feels strongly enough about it contacts the ASX via their web site and makes a complaint.
