How would a Captial raising be positive ?
Part of the JV exercise was done so they could consentrate their money and let GF spend some of theirs.
It dillutes the value of CQT and gives it a discounted value of .68c. We have been saying that CQT should be anything around .90c at least.
The only possilbe postive is that whoever has has their foot on the break may now release it.
