Regardless of how many shares you own your entitled to apply for 1000, 3000 or the maximum allowed amount of 5000 shares @ $1.

If its oversubscribed they may enlarge the placement to a level agreeable with ASIC.

If its oversubscribed and you can't get the amount of shares you applied for you will be allocated the placement amount($21.5mil) divided by applicants.
