Terrible news indeed.

I am very tempted to sell, but my gut feeling is telling me that SP will bounce in the short term, so today not a good day to sell.

It is pretty damning the complaint by the former Brumby's owner.

The franchise model must be in harmony for it to be successful. Both franchisor and franchisee must be making some money together. You cannot the franchisor screwing the franchisees, when they are doing it tough. For me, this is conflict of interest.

It also sounds like management have been covering a lot of this up. The predicted 6% profit growth sounds dodgy after YTD performance.

I just hope a class action is not around the corner. Although, I don't know how successful it would be. I don't like the fact that the profit/loss position is not disclosed to potential buyers until after the sale takes place.

I think I will aim to exit this company at higher prices.
